Product Description

Double Bulls branded hydroxyethyl cellulose HEC as a highly efficient non-ionic thickener, water retaining agent and rheological modifier is suitable for various water-based coatings and surface coatings. It has good biological stability.It owns strong resistance to biological and chemical degradation. Due to its non-ionic properties, it has extensive compatibility with emulsion polymers, pigments and fillers, surfactants, emulsifiers, defoamers, preservatives, etc

1.Enzyme resistance
 

HEC molecular chain will be eroded and destroyed by biological enzymes.It causes viscosity reduction.Double Bulls products have excellent anti biological enzyme ability. It can effectively resist the erosion of biological enzymes.It prevents cellulose ether from degradation.It keeps the viscosity of paint stable.
 

2.Solubility
 

The dissolution of hydroxyethyl cellulose is affected by temperature and dissolution of pH. Under high temperature or alkaline conditions, If HEC is not treated with proper water and delay, it is easy to cause problems of agglomeration and gelling.Double Bulls products have excellent surface treatment,it has Sufficient time for dispersion during dissolution. It is not easy to form clusters and gels.
